Techno icon and producer Richie Hawtin has launched a scholarship in electronic music at The University of Huddersfield. The programme, officially titled The Richie Hawtin PhD Scholarship in Electronic Music, Cultures and Production, will see the successful application receive tutoring from Hawtin himself, and the scholarship awarded in Hawtin’s name.
